A Nashville experience where Country meets Rock-n-Roll

Daisy’s Nashville Lounge has a new Miller Place location featuring a custom stage and an atmosphere where the party never stops

A true one-of-a-kind experience on Long Island, Daisy’s Nashville Lounge opened the doors to their first location in Patchogue with the odds against them in 2020 shutting down only two days after opening.

Since then, they have not only survived, but they have thrived and are now coming upon the two-year anniversary of their second location in Miller Place.

The tie that binds it all together?  A one-of-a-kind Nashville experience.

Described by co-owner, Brian Adams, he said Daisy’s is more “Nashville” than Country” just like the city itself, being “a little sexier and fun with a little bit of rock attitude in there.”

“We are not wagon wheels and straw on the floor,” he clarified.

While Brian and fellow owner and restauranteur Tim McCarthy knew they had a lot more room to work with in the design of the much larger and spacious layout of the Miller Place location, they said, it was important to bring some of the same qualities from the original Patchogue location.

Just as the Patchogue location is known by many for the Nashville-inspired décor, they replicated the blue suede throughout along with the original guitar pick art created by artist Amy Reader from Franklin, Tennessee.

In Patchogue they have Chris Stapleton and Carrie Underwood but in Miller Place, Brian said, you will find the same eye-catching style portraits by Amy Reader hanging but of, “Johnny Cash-the patron saint of Daisy’s and Dolly Parton.”

In addition to the guitar pick art and continuing their support of artists, Daisy’s in Miller Place also carried over the graffiti-style brick art theme and went back to Long Island based artist, Chelsea Carol of Painted Treasures by Chelsea who created their Jack Daniels Billboard, Kid Rock and Willie Nelson artwork.

Deciding on where to go for a goodtime that satisfies the music choices for groups of friends isn’t always easy but for Daisy’s it’s what sets them apart.

According to Brian, also due to the simple fact that they play a lot of 80’s and 90’s party music mixed in with country too.

With this mindset, Daisy’s has seemingly become one of the most popular night spots for local Gen Z party goers.

“We are open for anything.  We just want to let people have a good time and have fun…and that’s us,” he simply said.

While they don’t have a big budget to bring bands, they still get calls from managers of musicians passing through and a lot from word of mouth.  One thing that has helped bring in more acts is now having a permanent custom-built stage for performers to play.

“We have a lot of local bands.  Just as if you go to Nashville: it’s not all country,” he said.

The new Miller Place location seats approximately 140 people with a full bar and menu.  While they host live music weekly, Daisy’s also hosts a wide variety of events from line dancing, karaoke, open mic nights, themed bingo nights, psychic nights, and private events for local organizations.

They also host a Sunday afternoon “Music Brunch” with a brunch menu that includes bottomless Mimosas and Blood Mary’s.

Bachelorette nights are also a popular occasion when people come to Daisy’s to celebrate. Brian said, and they even hosted a wedding ceremony in Patchogue this past spring for two customers who had their first date at Daisy’s.

“It’s nice because you can have the experience of a Nashville-style bachelorette party here and you don’t have to fly to Nashville,” he said.

Another key to the success of Daisy’s, Brian added, has been the staff they have at both locations.  A good testament to the staff is Tom Gudema, who started out in Patchogue bartending five years ago and with a welcoming smile to everyone who walks in the door, a hearty handshake, and a lot of hard work. Tom is now the bar manager for both Patchogue and Miller Place.

“We have great food, great staff.  They are very friendly and we hire our staff of people with nice personalities,” Brian said.

As much as they want people to come through the doors and have a good time, Brian said it is equally important for Daisy’s to support their communities and see other local businesses thrive as well.

While they are actively involved in the Village of Patchogue, Alive after Five, golf tournaments, supporting artists and musicians alike through various forms, they continue to grow through partnering relationships.

Staying true to their roots, Daisy’s most recently signed on to sponsor local farm, Hoshyla Farms in Manorville, to support their 2026 season of new events such as the recent “Country Night” line dancing event on the farm this past July, and the upcoming “Halloween Hoedown at Hoshyla Farms” joined by 103.1 The Wolf on October 10 providing prizes for the day’s festivities.

With Daisy’s Miller Place location being just a short distance from Hoshyla Farms, Halloween Hoedown attendees can keep the good times going immediately following the event by heading over to Daisy’s for dinner and their own Nashville-style after party.

Hoshyla Farm owners Susie Asendorf and her daughter Nicole said Daisy’s and Brian have been there to support the farm in so many ways beyond just being a sponsor but being a true supporter who wants to see them succeed.

“We are so grateful to have Daisy’s as a sponsor this year.  From being so generous in donating coupons to their restaurant to providing prizes for our upcoming costume contest at the Halloween Hoedown to coming out in person to support has been amazing,” said Nicole.

The experience of Daisy’s new Miller Place location starts as you walk through the door right into their merchandise gallery entrance where they sell cowboy hats, hats, tank tops, and shirts branded with their Daisy’s logo and catchy taglines.

“We sell a lot of cowboy hats,” said Brian, “but it’s a one-stop-shop if you want a ‘Nashville experience;’ a little bit country, a little bit rock-n-roll.”
